    Questions & Answers

    Is this really free?
    Yes, our WordPress Speed Optimization for Non-Profits is completely free. We generally ask for "View" access to your Google Analytics account so that we can track if the improvements that we've made as it relates to your traffic. But this isn't a requirement, and you can remove access anytime.
    Are you going to try to sell us something else after you do this?
    We will let you know if we find something during the WordPress Optimization that we think you should address on the site. We'd be happy to help you with these things, but we aren't trying to sell services.

    This is NOT intended to be a loss leader for us.
    What kind of access do you need?
    At the minimum, we will need Admin Access to your WordPress install. We request access to FTP and your Web Hosting Admin, but that isn't required. Typically, we recommend setting up us as separate users for your site, we can guide you through this process if needed. We can also provide instructions on how to share login credentials securely.
    What's included in the WordPress Speed Optimization?
    This is equivalent to our basic Performance Optimization package which includes:
    • Custom performance integration of Premium Performance Plugin WP Rocket (license key for the life of your theme or 3 years)
    • Processing and optimization of all image assets through Premium Image Optimization, Imagify. Includes initial optimization and 200 MB per month of uploads for 2 years. 25 MB per month thereafter.
    • Troubleshooting and Review of potential plug-in performance issues with Query Monitor.
    Why only WordPress Websites?
    WordPress is the most common Content Management on the planet and is very common in the non-profit community. We are looking at how to expand this offer to other platforms, but unfortunately, they are far less predictable in the amount of effort that it requires to get good results.
    Why is Tenacity doing this?
    We believe every person should have high-speed Internet access; we can't fix that. But we can make people's experience better regardless of their internet speed.

    Many companies wait until they reach a certain size before they start "giving back"... we disagree with this philosophy. Think of all the good that could be done if we all started helping immediately.
    But what are you getting out of this?

    What if we're not a non-profit?
